What we collect
Information you give us. The inquiry form asks for your name, company, email address, and a description of what you are sourcing. That is everything the form collects.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, our analytics tools record the pages you visit, the date, time, and referring page of each visit, your browser and device type, operating system, screen size, IP address, approximate location (city or region, derived from IP), and how you interact with pages, such as clicks and scrolling.
How we collect it
- The inquiry form on the contact page.
- Cookies and similar identifiers set by the tools below. We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic, Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps that show how pages get used, and Google Ads to measure whether visits come from our ads.
What we use it for
- Replying to you. Form submissions are used to answer your inquiry and prepare quotes. Nothing else.
- Improving the site. Analytics tells us which pages are useful and which are not.
- Measuring advertising. We track whether an ad click led to an inquiry, so we know which ads are worth running.
- Reaching past visitors. We may use Google Ads features that show our ads to people who previously visited this site. You can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
How it is handled
- Form submissions are delivered to our email. The service providers in that path are Netlify (hosting and forms), Zapier (routing), and Google Workspace (email).
- Analytics data is held by Google Analytics, with event data retained for 14 months, and by Microsoft Clarity.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers named above.
