What we source.

We source across the full value chain of mining, metals processing, and heavy civil infrastructure. Three pillars: equipment, chemicals and materials, and end-to-end procurement support.

Pillar 01

Mining & Heavy Equipment

We source equipment across the full mining and heavy-civil workflow: comminution, drilling, hauling, and process plant equipment. Some clients come with a specific model and spec — we source from it. Others want a recommendation — we bring the engineering and project experience to work that out together.

Comminution (crushing & grinding)

Primary and secondary crushers — jaw, cone, gyratory. SAG and ball mills at the throughput ranges that match major Chinese and Western projects. High-pressure grinding rolls (HPGRs). Vertical roller mills. Mobile crushing stations for pit-side work.

Drilling

Exploratory and core drilling rigs. Drill-and-blast equipment. Down-the-hole (DTH) rigs for blast-hole work. Underground drilling jumbos. Autonomous drilling rigs. Raise borers. Tunnel boring machines (TBMs) for civil and mining applications.

Hauling, transport, & earthmoving

Mining dump trucks across the full size range, including wide-body and autonomous haul fleets. Battery-electric underground locomotives. Heavy-duty belt conveyors for long-distance bulk transport. Excavators, dozers, graders, telehandlers, and asphalt pavers for site and civil work.

Process plant equipment

High-pressure acid leach (HPAL) autoclaves — including titanium-clad — for battery-grade nickel and complex hydromet. Solvent extraction–electrowinning (SX-EW) modular plants. Leach tanks and CSTRs for copper and related circuits. Ore classifiers — spiral classifiers and hydrocyclones. Transformer rectifiers sized for electrowinning and electrodeposition.

Pillar 02

Process Chemicals & Metals

Our chemicals and materials sourcing is led by Spencer, a chemical engineer with deep experience in hydrometallurgy and lithium extraction (more on the founder). The work runs on understanding the process the material has to perform inside, not just the datasheet.

Battery materials

Lithium hydroxide, lithium carbonate, and related lithium compounds for battery-grade and energy-materials supply chains. Recycled feedstocks including NCM slurry and metal scrap (aluminum, copper, nickel) from cell-recycling streams, for downstream processors and refiners.

Mineral processing reagents

Thiourea for gold and silver leach circuits, flotation reagents (collectors, frothers, depressants), solvent-extraction (SX) reagents for copper and base-metal circuits, and bulk acids and bases such as sulfuric, caustic soda, and lime. Supplied to specification.

Pillar 03

Projects & Procurement Support

For larger or more complex procurements, We act as an extension of the buyer's procurement function — finding and vetting the right supplier, walking the factory when it matters, and coordinating QC and freight through to shipment.

Supplier identification & vetting

We draw from our existing supplier network first; new vendors are walked on-site before going to a client.

Factory audits

On-site when it matters. We don't take the word of a website or a sales deck.

Specification translation

Your spec, written the way Chinese suppliers need to read it. Removes the most common cause of delivery surprises.

Pre-shipment QC & inspection

In-country verification before goods leave the factory.

Freight coordination

Shipment management with CIF terms available — supplier ships to your destination port, you take it from there.

Long-term supplier management

For buyers building a long-term supply line. We stay engaged past the first shipment.

How we work

Four steps. No magic.

Step 01

You tell us the spec.

We read it the way an engineer reads a spec. If something's missing or ambiguous, we flag it before anything gets quoted.

Step 02

We identify and vet suppliers.

We draw from our existing supplier network first. Where we need to bring in a new vendor, our China partner walks the factory before we put you in front of them.

Step 03

We confirm spec and pricing.

You see the quote, the supplier details, and the spec match before anything moves. No surprises at the dock.

Step 04

We QC and coordinate shipment.

Pre-shipment inspection in-country. Freight coordinated to your destination, with CIF terms available. We stay engaged through delivery.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Do you have a minimum order size?

It depends on the product. Contact us with what you're looking for and we'll tell you quickly whether it's a fit.

Which countries do you ship to?

We work with buyers across multiple regions and can structure shipment to most ports. Tell us where, and we'll confirm.

Can you source things not listed on this page?

If it shows up in mining, metals processing, or heavy civil operations — probably yes. The lists here are examples, not boundaries. Outside those verticals, probably not a fit.

How do you handle tariffs and duties?

We help structure the landed cost and advise on the most efficient path. We do not provide customs or legal advice — we work with your broker, or can refer one.

How do you handle supplier IP and exclusivity?

Case by case. If there's a reason you need an exclusive arrangement with a supplier, or specific IP protections, tell us up front and we'll structure it that way.

Tell us what you need.

Send us your spec. We'll find it from the right supplier and stay engaged through shipment.
